1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the 100ph platform available at 100ph.club ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 100ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use any part of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 100ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the 100ph Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. 100ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. 100ph makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into or performing under these Terms.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 100ph Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 100ph, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

100ph is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable regulations. Prior to processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, 100ph may request documentary proof of identity, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (UMID, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, or Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100ph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 100ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 100ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 100ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply:

• Deposits may be made via supported payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and such other methods as 100ph may make available from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• 100ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly in excess of deposits made.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• 100ph does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 100ph's control and are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

100ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, or other incentives ("Promotions") to registered users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. General conditions applicable to all 100ph Promotions include:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to users who are verified as 21 years of age or older and have completed any required KYC verification.
• Each Promotion has a stated minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry date. These must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 100ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, use of automated systems, or multi-accounting constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and closure of the account.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific terms of the Promotion shall prevail.

6. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the 100ph Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general gaming conditions apply:

• 100ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by 100ph's servers shall be conclusive, subject to any technical malfunction claims substantiated by server logs.
• If a game malfunctions, 100ph reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction and to refund the staked amount to the relevant accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before wagering.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100ph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise legally prohibited from participating in online gaming.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players, using automated betting systems or bots, or engaging in any form of cheating or advantage play prohibited by the applicable game rules.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial activity, including activities that violate the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without appropriate licence.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 100ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, images, audio clips, and the overall design and look-and-feel of the Platform, is the property of 100ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 100ph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The 100ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 100ph makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 100ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures beyond 100ph's reasonable control.
• 100ph's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 100ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit 100ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

100ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all users. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.
• 100ph provides account tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These are accessible within your account settings at any time.
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should make use of the self-exclusion facility immediately and seek assistance from relevant support organisations.
• 100ph strictly prohibits real-money gaming by persons under 21 years of age and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access to the Platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

100ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity; operation of multiple accounts; provision of false registration information; or where required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, you will be entitled to withdraw any legitimate balance remaining in your account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations into your account activity. Balances derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simple account closure, as it provides stronger protections against re-registration.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 100ph Platform shall first be submitted to 100ph's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through that process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game round, 100ph's server logs shall be the primary evidentiary basis. 100ph aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

13. Amendments to These Terms

100ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 100ph will provide reasonable notice to registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
